New Construction Installations

Stan’s has been installing heating and cooling systems in new construction buildings since the early 1960s.  Through this experience, we have come to believe that no new construction home should be heated and air conditioned without taking a ‘Whole House’ perspective.  This means that we consider your new building as a whole system, and we work with you to build and calibrate a heating and cooling system to fit your needs.  We provide super efficient, state-of-the-art air conditioning, furnace, heat pump, mini-split, and geothermal options in order to make your home comfortable and cost efficient.  The solutions we offer are fully customized to meet your home or building’s specific needs, and our estimates are at no cost to you.

Designing and installing a heating and cooling system is both an art and a science.  Not only will we consult with you to design your system around your lifestyle, we also do a job site layout, perform Manual J8 load calculations and computer designed Manual D duct sizing with our in-house design team.  Stan’s is the only company that offers all of these services in concert.  Further, your ‘Whole House’ New Construction Expert will personally manage the design and installation from start to finish, and will be your dedicated point of contact with Stan’s.  Whereas most companies don’t go to this extreme, we go overboard to ensure both the comfort and the efficiency of the systems we install.

Stan’s specializes in installing systems to Energy Star and Green Building Program guidelines.  Our installations range from Energy Star tract homes to huge custom mansions.  We also offer continued maintenance, repair, and replacement services for everything we install.
