Meet the Team

Roland started his career in 1991 with no experience and soon became a maintenance specialist. He wanted to learn all aspects of the industry and was given that opportunity when he joined Stan’s in 1994. Roland started out in the installation department as a HVAC replacement crew leader then moved to the service department as a technician. A sales position opened up a few years later so once again he seized the opportunity. In 2007 he was promoted to head the installation department. After Stans was purchased by Chris Strand he was asked to head all of Stan’s HVAC operations.

A Chicago native, Debbie left the Windy City 21 years ago and relocated to the Austin area. She was employed, as the controller, for another Texas-based HVAC company prior to joining our team in early 2015. Debbie brings with her over 30 years of experience in corporate management, budgeting, finance and accounting, and office operations. We are happy to have her on our team!

After studying HVAC design at Alfred State College in New York, Mark served in the United States Army for 5 years finishing up his tour of duty at Fort Hood. After leaving the Army, Mark specialized in new construction for Christianson Heating and Air Conditioning for 4 years, and then served as New Construction Manager for Casa Mechanical for 11 years. Mark joined Stan’s as Vice President of Construction Services in June 2012. His passion is the continuous improvement of our service to builders and contractors.

Brian’s career in the trades began in 2010 when he left the mortgage industry to help his brother run an HVAC service company. At this point, Brian and two of his brothers all worked in the trades and were roommates. They were all immersed in the industry and there was a lot of “shop talk” around the table. His dad and third brother later joined the HVAC company as well, and it became a family business. Being surrounded by family and friends who shared a passion for the trades encouraged him to continue pursuing this career path.

He then continued to develop his career in the trades by branching into plumbing. His family’s company later merged with Stan’s in 2019, and Brian took on the role of Vice President of Plumbing. Throughout his career in the trades, he has had the pleasure of working with all three of his brothers and his dad. He enjoys working in the service industry because he has the opportunity to serve hundreds of customers every week.

Working in the mortgage industry allowed him to help people make their dreams of homeownership, and he built a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining your home's systems. Now, he gets to support homeowners daily in understanding how to best care for the plumbing systems in their homes. He takes pride in helping the team grow in their trade and helping his plumbers reach their full potential.

Stan’s has provided him opportunities to grow personally, and every day he has the chance to learn something new. In his free time, Brian enjoys boating and fishing on local lakes around Austin. He also likes the nostalgia of playing video games with his kids.

Having lived in the Austin area all his life, Jason knows the importance of a great cooling system. With over 15 years of HVAC experience Jason utilizes his experience daily as not only Stan’s lead estimator but Stan’s chief designer as well. Jason joined Stan’s over 10 years ago and is an integral part of our team. No one appreciates the great outdoors more than Jason. Most of his free time is spent hunting, fishing and boating.

An Austin native, Kevin has more than sixteen years of experience in the HVAC business. He was the youngest employee at Stan’s to receive the prestigious NATE certification and has a passion for helping and educating homeowners on ways to improve their energy efficiency. Kevin enjoys biking the backroads of Texas and spending time with his rescue pitbull, Star.

Will grew up in Mississippi and began his working career in the Texas oilfields, but decided to switch gears to HVAC in 1992. He is a “hands-on” project manager who enjoys seeing the job through from start to finish. Will brings a wealth of knowledge on how to help customers design the proper HVAC system for their homes and to maximize its energy efficiency. He loves fishing, gaming, and spending quality time with family.

John began his HVAC career after graduating from St. Phillips College in San Antonio in 1984. With 35 years in the industry, Stan’s was grateful that John joined our team in 2013. He is proactive and continually shows his devotion to customer satisfaction. He has vast experience in duct design and energy auditing and takes the time to make sure the job is done correctly. John enjoys spending time salt water fishing and BBQing on his Big Green Egg.

Landon was born and raised in west Texas. He has over 17 years of experience in the HVAC industry. In his previous position as Stan’s Field Technical Supervisor, he played a pivotal role in the training and development of our Service Technicians. He prides himself on being current on the technical and installation side of the business. Landon enjoys reading up on state-of-the-art equipment, products, and HVAC future trends. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and sharing his love of the game with his 3 kids.

Mickey has over ten years of experience in the HVAC industry. He began his career working on large commercial HVAC equipment and installing sheet metal ductwork. He loves being able to help families find creative solutions to unique problems and sharing his expertise around energy conservation. In Mickey’s spare time, he enjoys restoring classic cars and working on his cattle ranch.

Mike has nearly a decade of experience in HVAC equipment replacement, energy efficiency, and home comfort improvements. He has extensive experience in Austin area rebate and incentive programs, including Austin Energy & Oncor. Mike’s HVAC knowledge and passion helps families find their perfect system, and Stan’s is grateful to have him on the team! In his spare time, Mike enjoys golf, reading and hiking with his family on the green belt.

Jordan began his HVAC career in 2008 as an Installer. He later became a Service Technician, and now is a Project Manager. His area of expertise is helping families receive maximum comfort in their homes by getting systems to deliver their total designed capacity. He prides himself on excellent customer service and enjoys taking the time to educate customers so they can make their best informed decision. In his free time, he likes to live a healthy and active lifestyle. He enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, and in the gym.

Price was born and raised in North Texas but has called Austin home since 2017. He has over 7 years of experience in the HVAC industry. His previous position at Stan’s was a Senior Field Technician where he developed important skill sets necessary to troubleshoot more unique equipment. He also took on the crucial role of training new hires and other Service Technician team members. He prides himself on his technical background and understanding of how modern equipment is installed to maximize energy efficiency. In his free time Price enjoys the outdoors playing golf, landscaping, and spending time with his wife and son.
